A real person, not a call centre

I've been through it myself.

My name is Jacobus. I'm Dutch, officially resident in Poland and based in Katowice.

I've lived in Warsaw, Kraków and Katowice, started my own Polish business and bought my first apartment here. I know the searches, phone calls, forms, agents, inspections, notaries and surprises that come with building a life in Poland.

Now I use that experience and my trusted Polish-speaking network to make things clearer, safer and more personal for other EU citizens.
